The Hybrid Truck User’s Forum (HTUF) National Conference & Expo 2011, is poised to bring fleet users, suppliers, manufacturers, and policy leaders together to show how hybrid, pure battery electric, and plug-in hybrid vehicles have gained the necessary traction to chart the path for a secure energy future. Positioned in Baltimore, MD, near our nation’s capitol, HTUF 2011 shines a spotlight on policy makers, military leaders, and titans of our industry to demonstrate a determined commitment to make the United States a competitive advanced vehicle technology marketplace.

The annual conference, going into its 11th year, features more than 60 speakers and is expected to draw 800 registrants for 3 days of activities including working groups, general and breakout sessions, networking, a Ride and Drive, and an expanded 60,000 square foot trade show floor where fleet professionals will be able to shop for their next best options in greening their fleets.  HTUF 2011, which is operated by CALSTART under contract to the U.S. Army, will have the largest display anywhere of alternatively powered refuse trucks, Class 8 tractors, delivery vehicles, shuttle buses, and telecommunication, regional food, beverage and product delivery, military, construction, and utility trucks.

The entire Conference + Expo focus is two-fold:  business-to-business between suppliers and manufacturers; and end-user fleets. But fleets are the top overall priority, and for 2011, our primary focus is on greatly expanding the attendance of fleets, with specific targets being fleet owners and executives, as well as fleet operations and maintenance managers.

Early sponsors include Co-Host BAE Systems, and Partner Eaton, as well as Baltimore Gas & Electric, Coca-Cola and Dow Kokam. We invite you to join the momentum.  Information on the program, sponsorship, exhibiting and registration is available at our website. Questions?
