How do I reset my password or username?

Go to the log in page and click on "forgot my password." Enter your user name and an email will be sent to the email address you initially registered with, with a new password. When you get your new, computer-generated password, it will be hard to remember. We suggest you reset it at the log in page immediately with something you can easily recall.

If you've forgotten your username, please re-register with a new one at the log in page.

What happened to the old site?

CALSTART has been on the web since the mid 1990s. We redesigned the old CALSTART.org to this new version in Summer 2009. We hope you like the new look, feel and functionality of the site, which boasts information and design upgrades based upon extensive visitor surveys and research. We’ve cleaned up the design to make it more logical for our users and geared to our member’s needs. Members will enjoy benefits they’ve come to expect - like access to NewsNotes and Global Update – and new capabilities, including access to content on the web site that ONLY members can receive.

New features will also include soon-to-be launched private working group forums, where members can share documents, discuss pressing issues and interact with teams. You will be able to securely register for conferences, catch up on past webinars or network with potential new business contacts. If you find you’d like to read something, but don’t have access to it, don’t panic! Some content is only for registered users – and some is only for CALSTART members.  Registering is easy: use the orange button at the top of each page. And if registering alone doesn’t get you access to all of the information you want, then become a member and join CALSTART today!
